Mak kimchi韩国简易泡菜




Ingredients :
Chinese cabbage ------------- 1kg
Baba's chillie powder --------- 30g
Apple ------------------------ one
Pear ------------------------- one
Ginger ----------------------- 4g
Garlic ------------------------ 4 cloves
Leek ------------------------- 1 stalk
Spring onion ----------------- 4 stalks

Procedures:
1. Cut the cabbage into bite size. 
2. Soak them in salt water for three hours. 1/4 of salt wth one litre water.
3. Turn the cabbage every half an hour. So that, the cabbage is evenly soaked.
4. I use pear and apple instead of porridge. So, blend the apple, pears, ginger and garlic.
5. Cut spring onion and chop the leek. Add them into the blended mixture.
6. Add in fish sauce. About 1/2 cup. 
7. Spread the mixture onto the cabbage. Mix it well. 
8. Put your cabbage into the container. 
9. Your kimchi is now ready to be served. Store the rest of them in your refrigerator.
